Hublot celebrates 10 Years of All Black with its first Pop-Up Store in Malaysia

October 6, 2016, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) – Ten years after the launch of the All Black concept, and to mark the anniversary of this current "must-have" trend, Hublot celebrated aptly with the All Black Pop-Up Store at Suria KLCC, Concourse from 5th to 16th October. To mark the occasion, Hublot and The Hour Glass hosted an exclusive All Black Party for guests to experience the revolutionary All Black concept: “Visible Invisibility” in the immersive Pop-Up store.

Mr. Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot SA and Mr. Michael Tay, Group Managing Director of The Hour Glass Limited hosted distinguished guests that included His Excellency Michael Winzap, Swiss Ambassador to Malaysia.

Not only are we celebrating our first All Black Pop-Up Store in Malaysia, but we are paying tribute to the birth of a brand-new and pioneering concept and philosophy, the innovative All Black that Hublot introduced 10 years ago”, commented Mr. Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot’s CEO.

Guests at the All Black Pop-Up Store can discover an exclusive exhibition of the iconic All Black timepieces since its introduction in 2006. Inside the All Black Room, an immersive exhibition featuring nineteen All Black timepieces from the first All Black collection in 2006, Hublot Big Bang All Black, to the Hublot Big Bang Unico Sapphire All Black, introduced by Hublot during this year’s Baselworld fair. The popular Raptor Performance showcased in this year’s Baselworld in Switzerland brought the 3D display to live in an immersive new and different way.

Emcee Amelia Henderson kept the excitement of the night going, with Dr. Joanne Yeoh’s artful fusion of traditional and modern music with her violin performance that captured the essence of the night. Guests continued to enjoy the evening with a live jazz performance by Dasha Logan and ended on a high note with Ash Nair’s ravishingly mellow voice.

Open to the public from October 5 - 16, visitors are welcome to visit the Hublot All Black Pop-Up Store where it exhibits the iconic Hublot All Black timepieces of the past decade, and join in the fun of the creative video shoot in the All Black Room.
